@hunthicks that’s some weird bio-clock & tolerance you got there
@Tolstoievsky Caffiene has little to no effect on my sleep habits. I generally drink tea, however, even if I go 60+ hours without it, my sleep doesn’t change. I can also drink as much of it as I want and fall asleep provided it’s between 1AM – 4AM. I can wake up at 5am after a crappy nights sleep and still only fall asleep after 2AM the following night even if I try to sleep at 10PM.
@hunthicks drink any coff gov?
@hlimkb you can make a glass of wine a habbit, no prob. just stay away from caffeine and nicotine
@slonamu I can sleep twenty-SIX hours in a day.
I enjoy these videos. Keep it coming.
Thank you so much. This information is convenient and important. I will change my sleep patterns based on this information.
Backing off of caffine and drinking some warm liquids will make you sleepy. I drink soy milk. We all need sleep but stress of everyday life makes our bodies more resistant to this needed time of rest, relaxation and rebuilding of the daily burnt out cells.
@emdot83 Red wine did it for me.Just one glass And i slept about 8 hours.Havent slept for 5 days before..I tried sleeping pills but that made me hallucinate very nice things..ahem..But yea my family on my father’s side had a history of insomnia.
is she a professional? This vid didnt help me at all! my body doesnt sleep at 10pm even when i try. sometimes i need the tv on to help fall asleep. I have to give this vid a thumbs down.
watch an episode of dr. phil or listen to a cd with national anthems
if i take 200ml of red wine l i sleep well,
but i dont want to make it a habit,
i slept 2 and half hours a day and i feel n sense fine,that important.
My mother, two of my brothers and myself are night owls – basically some days I can sleep early if I’m tired, however most nights even if I lay down at 9-10 I fall asleep around 2-3 and wake up around 11am. I’ll also feel completely awake sometimes until sun up, at which time I’ll become incredibly tired and then be able to sleep.
I am sleep macho! I can sleep 25 hour in a day! Can you do this?
I have a hard time getting to sleep because I usually fall asleep watching movies on my phone and sort of can’t sleep without it I need help
Regular lifestyle is boring as hell, you will sleep well, when ur happy with urself, and ur happy if u limit things to urself or live regularly. Do whatever u want whenever u want, eat whatever u want or whatever u feel liek doing, and if u feel well at the end of the day then u will also sleep well. Dont have to be very smart to underestand that.
Are you going to do a video about Sleeping TOO much also. Many are unemployed and depressed. Their motivation of even getting out of bed is not that of the employed population. So after sleeping well into the morning, get up, check some emails / surf the web / check TV for current events then it’s time for a nap or two, or, three. As night draws near, time to eat, check emails, and settle in for some Prime time TV before bed…. It get to be a BIG problem. Thanks.
Are you going to do a video about the problem of TOO MUCH SLEEP also ? Many are unemployed and often depressed. Their motivation to get up at all is not that of the working population. After a check of the TV news and some surfing the web / checking email it’s time for a nap, or two, or three. Later, time to eat and watch some “prime time” TV while checking emails again/ current events before going to bed…day after day after day. It becomes a BIG problem. Thanks.
OR, you can knit a sweater in your sleep like she did.
breath correctly, eat well- at the right times…and do much during the day.
a simple , uncluttered bedroom . no electricals, food etc at least an hour before slumber .
sleep well.
my sleep is so random and i get tired at different timing so i can’t keep a regular schedule
I used a low-dose Melatonin supplement for my insomnia for years. It worked well and isn’t addicting. No longer have insomnia problem after I changed my diet and habits though.
@jystyle Personally, I would argue about that. To me it seems that sometimes people (you guessed it, not only me) tend to fall asleep when there’s a little bit of noise… But I don’t have any scientific proof of that so I might be wrong.
Sometimes it feels very difficult to sleep with this annoying “sound of silence”… and total silence also tends to make me hear my heart beat… crazy.
she forgot about silence!! silence may be the utmost important factor
